Hello Moody Class of ‘70 Alum! I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying life.  I can’t believe it has been nearly 50 years since we graduated! I am really looking forward to the Reunion next year and having the opportunity to reconnect with all of you.

A little on my life since we last saw each other; Went to school for a while, had draft number 5 and therefore joined the Air Force, got out, went back to school and went to work at NAS Corpus Christi as a photographer. Then went to work at CCAD and got married to the former Cynthia A. Botello (Class of '72), will be 39 years September 27, 2019! We then moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado where we stayed until 1989. I continued working civil service when we moved  to San Antonio and hope to retire soon. We were not fortunate enough to have children but have lots of nephews and nieces in addition to our Rat Terriers,  Bonita and  Hombre. Life is good and we are indeed blessed with good health, a great family, and lifelong friends.

I know this coming years’ reunion will be another blessing as it will be so good to see all of you again....to laugh, reminisce and make new memories! I am proud to be a member of the reunion committee for the 50th and can tell you we're working very hard to make this one truly memorable. Hope to see you there!

Hi,
About me...
I'm divorced twice... and have given up! I obviously don't know how to pick them! Ha! Just so you know, I am very content with my life. I have three adult children. My oldest son is currently a Colonel in the Army, married and has a daughter and son. My daughter is married and has a daughter and a son. My Grandkids are my biggest joy! My youngest lives with me to take up space. Ha ha! I began my career as a "Draftsman" in 1972 in Houston. Move back to CC and worked for various Engineering firms before landing a job with CP&L, bought out by AEP Texas who is currently my employer. I plan to retire by age 70 or older....who knows.
I have been on the Moody Class of 70 Reunion Committee since 1985 (our 15 Year Reunion). I thoroughly enjoy the year long planning prior to the big event including fundraiser dances where the proceeds benefit our reunion and keeps the ticket cost down. More importantly, the best part of this is reconnecting with everyone! It's been said that OUR Class of 70 is a tight knit class. This is true. We always have a great reunion attendance!
